By accessing or making a purchase on aoiblossom.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any supplemental terms applicable to specific capsules. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Orders, Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

While we strive to ensure absolute pricing accuracy, in the event of an inadvertent technical error, we reserve the right to decline or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. Order totals are recalculated and verified server-side at the time of checkout.

3. Payment & Hosted Checkout

Payments are processed via authorized hosted gateways (including Razorpay), supporting UPI, Indian NetBanking, and credit/debit cards. Your payment card information is processed directly by the certified payment gateway; Aoi Blossom does not hold or store card credentials on our servers.

4. Bespoke Craftsmanship & Sizing

Each Aoi Blossom piece is crafted with intention using natural fibers—including pure mulberry silk, fine virgin wool, and structured crepe. Due to the artisanal weaving and drape of high-grade fabrics, slight textural nuances may occur and are celebrated as marks of authentic atelier craft. We encourage clients to consult our Size Guide or contact the Concierge before placing orders.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographic imagery, video campaigns, silhouette patterns, logos, and digital branding displayed on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Aoi Blossom. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial distribution, or scraping is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, Aoi Blossom shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this platform. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
