1. 30-Day Return & Exchange Window

We want you to feel completely confident in your Aoi Blossom silhouettes. You may request a size exchange or a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date your shipment was delivered.

2. Garment Condition Criteria

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must:

• Be completely unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Have all original atelier tags and fabric labels securely attached.
• Be returned in their original garment preservation bag with all accessories included.
• Be free from perfumes, makeup marks, or fabric pulls.

3. Refund Processing Timelines

Once your returned package arrives back at our Gurgaon atelier, our team will inspect the item within 48 hours. Upon approval, your refund is initiated immediately to your original payment mode (UPI, NetBanking, or Credit/Debit card via Razorpay). Bank processing typically reflects in your statement within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our atelier (typically within 24 hours of order placement). Upon cancellation, a 100% full refund will be initiated instantly to your original payment method. If your order has already been handed over to our courier partner, you can simply accept the delivery and initiate a complimentary return or exchange within 30 days.
