1. Atelier Preparation & Packaging
Before dispatch, every garment undergoes a 12-point quality review by our master tailors. Pieces are pressed, enveloped in acid-free tissue paper, and encased in our signature garment preservation cover to safeguard natural silk and wool fibers during journey.
2. Courier Partners & Coverage
We partner exclusively with premium air courier networks (Blue Dart Apex, Delhivery Express) to service over 19,000 pin codes throughout India, including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, and Ahmedabad.
3. Tracking Your Consignment
Upon handover to our courier partner, you will receive an automated dispatch notification with an Air Waybill (AWB) number and direct tracking link. You can also track your order status directly on our Order Tracking page.
